Brad Pitt 20 Min Workout Plan

1]Get a treadmill and warm up on the treadmill speed by adjusting the levels so that you are able to walk at an average pace for 5 minutes.

2]Increase the intensity so you 're sprinting train as quickly as possible. Sprint for 30 seconds
. 3]Decrease speed so that you are back to walking at an average pace. Walking for 90 seconds.
4]Continue alternative steps 2 and 3 until you are 6 sprints in total.
5]Perform a cooldown of 3 minutes on the treadmill walking at a slow pace .
