Shay Mitchell Biography:

 Mitchell was born in Mississauga, Ontario, the daughter of Precious Garcia and Mark Mitchell. Their parents work in finance.Her father was of Scottish and Irish descent and his mother, a Filipino of Pampanga, the Philippines and left at 19. She has a younger brother, Sean, born in 1996. She is a cousin -niece Lea Salonga, Tony award-winning singer and actress known for designing the lead role of Kim in the musical Miss Saigon.Even as a little child, Mitchell was interested in the arts, declaring to her parents that he would continue such a career. Mitchell began taking dance lessons at age five, and she and several of her classmates visited the city to compete with a variety of other dance schools. At age 10, the Mitchell family moved to West Vancouver, British Columbia. A year after his arrival, an international modeling agency organized a pre-teen and teen open that have been competing for the representation of casting. Mitchell was one of the selected girls. She attended Rock ridge high school and then moved to West Vancouver Secondary School, where he graduated. Shay nickname he got because she is a big fan of Jennifer Lopez aka J. Lo, so that his friends call "Shay Lo"

Shay is one of the most agile of Hollywood celebrities. Her athletic body shows her passion for workouts. Be consistent with workouts, gym Shay hit five times in a week, and various workouts practices like Pilates, jump roping, spinning, shadow boxing,weight training, running, etc.
