Katrina Kaif is a British film actress and model. Known for his work in Hindi films, Kaif has also appeared in Telugu and Malayalam films. Besides being one of the highest paid actresses of Bollywood, it is considered one of the most attractive celebrities Indian media.


Born in British Hong Kong, Kaif and her family lived in several countries before moving to India. She received her first assignment of modeling as a teenager and then pursued a modeling career. At a London fashion show, filmmaker Kaizad Gustad Kaif spotted and decided to throw in Boom (2003), a critical and commercial failure. While filming in India, Kaif received modeling assignments, and has established a successful modeling career. However, filmmakers were reluctant to throw because of his poor command of Hindi. After appearing in the Telugu film, Malliswari (2004), Kaif got a commercial success in Bollywood with romantic comedy Pyaar Kyun Kiya Maine? (2005) and Namastey London (2007). She followed with a series of hits at the box office, but has been criticized for his play, repetitive roles and envy films dominated by men.



Kaif's performance in the drama terrorism in 2009 New York was better received, which earned him a Filmfare Award for Best Actress nomination. Swimming and Cycling - Salman Khan said Katrina to do much cycling and swimming for her to look sexy in a bikini in ' Dhoom 3 ' Cycling is considered the best ab exercise too. .

Jogging - Katrina runs every day for some time for warming - up .

Gym - Katrina Kaif does not get much time to go to the gym because of his busy schedule . But when she was filming " Ajab Prem ki Gazab Kahani " , his personal trainer Pradeep Bhatia made his go 3 times a week at the gym.

It takes fresh fruit all day, as and when it gets time .
