BRAD PITT Gym Workout
Physical Pitt first gained public attention when he took his shirt ass kicked his alter ego in the film "Fight Club," Tyler Durden. Pitt's character displays an ultra lean physique who was ready for action and in interviews to promote the film, percentages as low as 4-5 percent of body fat were claimed by weighing about 150-155 books, and claims are not too far the brand.Again, a few years later "Bradford," his close friends and return as personal as, impressed us even further when he played "Mikey gypsy" in the Guy Ritchie film "Snatch" Brad had put on some serious muscle, like about 15 pounds, which we all know is no small feat.
Still later Pitt improvised on his physical prowess in the epic film Troy, where he played the greatest warrior of ancient Greece Achilles. So the question looming, how does Brad Pitt, who was never really known as a star Action buff transform his body into one of the most admired physiques in the world?
Well the answer is quite simple: using fitness professionals. Pitt has designed an effective training regimen and completed this with a sound nutritional program.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The following training program illustrates the type of workout Brad did on a daily basis while getting in shape for Fight Club.WARM-UP POST
3 sets of 15 repetitions were performed by exercise, and the maximum weight for the rep range was used. This is an ideal philosophy to use when designing your own workout, most of you will have noticed while in the gym there are many people working on doing the same old ding dong, day after day, with minimal results. The most important factor to remember is that the muscles must be stressed during the workout; perform 15 reps is one thing, to have each of these representatives is another story.
Your representatives 13th, 14th and 15th should be a fight, you fight to oust those last few, these are the representatives that stimulate your muscle fibers by adapting and becoming stronger, so that the muscle becomes its function!
This is a very good book for starting your body building and this book is worth for the money. It consists all the A to Z of bodybuilding. I like it and recommend for those who are interested in bodybuilding.
